1. 30-day money-back guarantee
You can cancel your order and request a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product, for any reason, with no need to justify it. You can also cancel before the product is delivered.
2. Condition of the product
Please return the product in its original packaging, complete and undamaged, in the same condition it was delivered to you. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Write to support@90off.shop and we'll reply with the return address.
3. How to request a return
Send a written notice by email to support@90off.shop, including your order number and contact details.
4. Refund
Once your cancellation is approved, we refund the amount actually paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, to the same payment method used for the order (PayPal).
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Portugal. Estimated delivery: 8–18 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
6. Faulty or incorrect item
If your item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or never arrives, contact support@90off.shop and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
